Recommended books about Apple for the holidays?

Does anybody know where I can find a good read on the culture, organization or anything else related to the current regime in charge at 1 Infinite Loop?

Why you may ask? Well, my care for their products is borderline silly, but after 14 years I still know next to nothing about the inside life of Apple Computer, the people, their way of thinking and their motivation. Heck, I know way more about Microsoft Corp. than I ever wanted to, and that is a company I do my best to ignore.

I'm not looking for a history book or anything remotely connected to boring financial statements, but instead something that will make Apple, the entity, seem a little less elusive.

Thanks
