SBC Yahoo DSL Self-Installation

I'm looking into getting SBC Yahoo DSL at home (the only thing available), and I have a big question about the self install kit. The site says it will work with OS X through 10.1.5, but NOT with 10.2. Anyone know if this is true? Is there anything that would make it compatile with 10.1 but not 10.2? It doesn't make any sense to me, but I'm no expert.

It works with 10.2. I just set up my brother on it.

I've gotten three different Macs up and running with 10.2.x and SBC Yahoo DSL. It works fine.
