I phone X screen unresponsive for incoming calls

I purchase an I phone X recently. Before that I was using a I phone 6. In my new phone X screen unresponsive for nearly 30 seconds for incoming calls. Updated the phone. But still its same. Please advice me to resolve this.

Myself is using iPhone 5 so far. Not issue yet. Still running well.
