I'm sponsored and I used tech support a year or two ago. I guess they changed their policy, but they gave me a rapid response by e-mail to one of my questions. Eudora hasn't worked right since I switched from free to sponsored mode, though. It tries twelve times to connect when I start it up, and when I don't let it, sometimes the app quits on me.
I've had quite good experiences so far. Did you install a fresh version on your computer (when a new version came out) or did you update an existing version?
