New iPhone Battery not holding charge more than 1 day

When I first got my iPhone 6s, the battery lasted two days.  As the two years went by, the battery longevity reduced to about a day.

Last week, my battery was changed to a new one.  It's as if the battery was never changed at all.  It still doesn't last more than a day.

I'm still on iOS 10.3.3.  Would updating make the battery last longer?

    Forgot to add--nothing seems particular faster either.
