I have Coke stuck under my keys, can I remove the keys, clean the unit and pop em back on?

yes...i've actually taken the whole thing apart before for cleaning...though IF you take the whole thing apart you have to poke a whole through the sticker on the back
pop off a key and just swab it and dry off well

Pop 'em off HOW? Pliers? Fingers? I am nervous about this, since Apples keyboards are (an outragous) 70 bucks each!

there is a webpage somewhere that describes this process in great detail....
of course i dont know the link tho <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />
oh and dont worry about the keys, they are designed to pop off, just firmly pull from the bottom of the key. the hardest one is the first one. they are very sturdy... the only thing you have to be careful of is the little plastic pieces on the inside... dont play with them once you remove the keys, they can break easily (not the circular thing, the other ones)

I got coke in my keyboard a few months ago...I lost functionalty of 6 keys...I've since gotten a new keyboard so its all good.
but at anyrate I popped off all the keys using a fork..it worked fine...I cleaned the thing really well but it was still broken...oh well. I have a brand new pro keyboard I got for free it all worked out in the end
