Unresponsive mouse after macOS Sierra update

I own a 2012 Macbook pro. finally, I have updated it on latest OS high sierra, now my mouse gets stuck and don't for a minute and then start working. Idk what the glitch is but this is happening, any solutions are welcome. Another quick question please suggest me good VPN service for mac. It can be free or paid.

    I get the same problem with my 2015 MBP. Only since High Sierra and with multiple different mice.

    I suspect it's not actually mouse related but the whole screen rendering pipeline freezing for a second or two. Because in High Sierra they switched screen rendering from OpenGL to Metal, and Metal is based on the original AMD Mantle, and I remember Mantle games in Windows doing exactly the same thing.
