MacWorld Boston 1997 Keynote

anyone knows where I can d/l and/or watch this keynote, it's the keynote with Bill Gates on the screen, I've been looking for it for awhile and I can't find it, so I'll appreciate it if anyone has it and can put it up on some server or if anyone knows where I might d/l and/or watch it

    I don't know if there's a downloaded copy available (since QT streaming wasn't around then), but the closest thing I can think of is the "dramatisation" of the MW 1997 Boston Keynote from the movie Pirates of Silicon Valley.
