Apparently Apple is producing an Airport (802.11) card for the Palm organisers.
Does anyone else this is really strange ?
I am aware that Apple has a great deal of experience in Airport but since when did Apple get into this sort of peripheral area. Apple's policy was to let third-party take care of it.
My take is either to strengthen the role that Rendezvous will play or maybe there is greater things between Apple and Palm in the future .. hint. hint.

Comments
I'm new and just wanted to comment on this topic to make my debut here.
Apple as I read today on my new issue of MacWorld believes the future of Bluetooth is in peripherals like PDA's, printers, mice, etc.
So yeah they should be working on something. No secret about that, it is Bluetooth.
