What the heck is up with the Airport cards?
I tried getting an Airport card at the local dealer when I picked up my iBook today. They told me they've been on backorder for 2 weeks, and they have no idea when they're coming in. There isn't a distributor in Canada they can pull one from.
So I get home and check the Apple Store - sure enough, 2-4 week wait on a friggin' Airport card. I call around to a couple other local places - no dice.
What the hell gives? I know there's a wait on the new Extreme cards, but for the regular, been around for 3 freaking years cards?
There isn't something weird going on with these things that we don't know about, is there?
