ScreenTime not working properly when viewing family member

Anyone  else notice that when looking at screen time for a family member device, it often shows up blank?  It says “as this device is used, screentime will be shown here”.  Sometimes it flashes the actual activity for a split second. But most of the time it just won’t display. 

Again, this is for viewing a family member activity on my phone.  It correctly displays the activity on my phone.
