Safari: Can't clear two cookies, googleusercontent.com & makemarijuanamillions.com keep re-spawning

Anybody have any idea how to kill these two cookies? (I'm running the version of Safari that works with Mavericks 10.9) I've removed the cookies from Safari prefs. I've emptied the cached from the debug menu. I've turned off javascript and deleted the cookies but no luck. I've tried searching for the marijuana cookie in my library folder but nothing. Not sure what else I can do. This is really pissing me off. Mark
