use Candy Bar 1.0.3 (search versiontracker for it) to change not only the obvious icons you can cut/paste the Get Info icon from, but also gives access to all folders and system icons
pixelhaus.com also has some nice stuff occasionally, but i tend to search from iconfactory as a central repository
