Financing a windtunnel

Hey, im looking for a OS-9 bootable powermac (up to the windtunnel) thats at least a SP 1ghz from a place that I can finance it (like an Apple load??). I was looking to find one around 12 to 1400. Do the apple stores still have windtunnels in stock that they'll sell for cheaper now (and offer apple loans) ?? Thx in advance.
