Work around for shared links in Safari
I loved the shared links feature in Safari as a means of just following twitter links from sources I found interesting. I've missed it ever since it was taken out. Is there any workaround? I can't find a suitable Safari extension. I don't think I need a full-blown RSS reader. Basically, I'd just like something that recreates the functionality or provides a feed of those I follow on twitter, but only tweets sharing links.
