Prevent Camera Roll from playing video by default with no audio

Every time I go to the camera roll to review a video (using iOS13) it automatically starts playing the video with no audio.  Then I have to click the audio button to hear sound.  

Is there a setting to allow audio to play automatically??

    I remember when posting on a forum vetted many responses.
    These days, nobody responds.
    Could be just the forum, but I think I need to switch.
