Apple Support is Really Going Downhill
Is it just me or do you notice that Apple phone support is going downhill fast?
Hold times all of a sudden are long and once I get someone on the phone I almost never get my issue solved.
The first line support people know absolutely nothing. And even the advanced people are a real mixed bag.
I feel like Apple overall is starting to slide downhill.
