Apple Card by Goldman Sachs customer service terrible
I have been on the phone over 38 minutes and still no one on the line. Even longer on message.
Be careful today I paid the invoice and it said OK but never sent that notification as paid with the amount. Thought it maybe didn't go through but I did it again and it said OK again after facial recognition. again not showing payment. I have never waited 40 minutes on any other credit card to speak to someone.
Will probably cancel the account. nightmare to contact. and that hold music is the worst I have ever heard.

Now have someone on the phone. said they are having issues with their computers etc. said they see two payments from me and will try and take the other payment off when the systems are fixed. Crazy bank with long hold times.
Manager said people that have made multiple payments thinking they did not go through will have to contact them to have them do an account dispute reversal.
we shall see.
