Instead of a user rating, how about karma

this can be implemented by moderators depending on certain actions. You can get positive karma or negative karma. If you build enough negative you are banned. it works well on the ASW forums

    ASW is ubb, but it would requiring coding unless you were able to obtain the code. but yeah it doesn't come default
