Current flood control sucks, as evidenced by what is going on in Future Hardware right now. Maybe limit number of new topics per user to say, 5 per day?

    Sorry, that's not an available option. Flood control only controls the amount of time between posts, not the total number of posts that can be made.



    That's where moderators come in.
