Private message system does not work for me...

I am trying to follow the posting guidelines as I am currently in a disagreement with Groverat and would like to give him a piece of my mind. However your PM system does not work for me for some reason. I can read all my old PM's but I cannot create new ones.



I get an error about Profile #so and so cannot be found in a frame below the PM count. What can be done here, or I will be forced to air my complaint publicly here.

    i think there is a limit to the # of PMs you can have at any one time, something like 40... maybe his box is full? or maybe your's is...

    have you tried e-mailing him? if the PM doesn't work, give that a shot. i believe he has his address listed.

    I don't think a PM I tried to send worked either. Gave me an error like the one Noah was talking about. I only had 2 others besides the one I was replying to.

    I emailed both Jon and Amorph on an issue and got an almost instant reply from both. Also PMing Grover I got replies as well, not that I was necessarily happy with them.



    The system works for me. I am satisfied that they are trying.

    you know, noah, it's because of your error message that i initiated the rebuild of the member database...



    which caused the current ubb burp with the unregistered names....



    so it's all your fault!

    They don't work for me either. And that's a shame. I really could use them for the Sale thread. BTW, Jon, don't you think that's going well? Two folks already dealing and a number of things on the table? I think it would get more publicity if it were a forum.
