iPad Air 3 2019 running iPadOS 13.4.1 freezes occasionally while using?

I tried all kind of options like Hard reset but nothing seems to work. I hope it's not a hardware issue.No physical damage to iPad. Do you any of you experience this issue?

    I’m seeing something similar on my 10.5” Pro. When it freezes up as I’m writing notation on a blank sheet in the Files app, it usually unsticks after a second or three, but it will sometimes reset the file, erasing all the writing I’ve added. VERY annoying.
