Battery Problems

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, with Touch Bar, 3.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7 with 16 GB Ram) that won't charge. It works fine when plugged in but sits at 1% when I try to charge it. I have reset the SMC several different times and it has no effect. System preferences shows battery health normal. System information shows  Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 3727. Is there something else I can do to try to get it to charge again?

    Have you tried a different USB-C cable?

    Yes, two different cables and 4 different ports.
