How to move a photos library from a High Sierra back up to Photos on a Calalina 2020 iMac.
I have a Carbon Copy Cloner back up of a iMac (now dead) that was running High Sierra. I want to move the photos library off this old iMac over
to a new iMac 2020, running Catalina.
Does anybody know for sure how I should proceed to do this?
I have tried a few suggestions but nothing is working and it doesn't look right. I need expert advice before I go forwards.
I am hoping that I can get this done efficiently through software, otherwise, I will literally have to dig down and open
every folder on the BU drive and manually drag each image over. Surely not?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
