Installing Apple Insider RSS on My Yahoo homepage

For the past several years I had Apple Insider RSS opening as part of my Firefox My Yahoo homepage.
Apparently I did something that I stupidly shouldn't have clicked on which removed the entire homepage from the computer.
Since then I was able to recreate the entire page except for the Apple Insider RSS link.
I always looked forward to that link every day but I can't find any information as to how to get it back.
I am 86 years old and no longer any kind of techie but I would greatly appreciate a step-by-step instruction as to how this may be reinstalled on my MyYahoo homepage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
