monitor with built-in speakers and an integrated webcam?

I'm looking for a computer monitor with built-in speakers and an integrated webcam that will work with the new Apple Mac mini (M1, 2020).
 Is there any recommended monitor?

I found a few monitors on the web, which I can't be sure if they are fully Mac compatible:
