The supply of and demand for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro lineups appear to be leveling out, with lead times stabilizing or moderating across the board, says analysts at JP Morgan.

In an iPhone availability tracker note seen by AppleInsider, JP Morgan analyst Samik Chatterjee writes that lead times -- or the time it takes for an iPhone order to arrive -- for both the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max have decreased.
Lead times for the iPhone 12 Pro still remains high at an average of above 20 days across the region that the bank tracks. Lead times for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini appear stable, though are a lot lower.
Delivery dates for both the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini models, for example, are tracking at an average of four days. For the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's 26 days and 18 days, respectively.
In the U.S., it'll take a consumer about 29 days to receive an iPhone 12 Pro, 19 days to receive an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and four days to receive either an iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini. In-store pickup clocked in at just one day for all models except the iPhone 12 Pro, which was unavailable for pickup.
Though all iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models remained unavailable for in-store pickup in China, lead times in the country are lower than the U.S. Delivery-at-home timing for the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max decreased to two days, one day, 23 days, and 11 days, respectively.
In Germany, it'll take buyers of an iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini about 10 days to receive their orders. For the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's 25 days and 21 days. All four models are unavailable for pickup from retail locations.
Finally, in the U.K., lead times for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini clocked in at just one day, while lead times for the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max stood at 25 days and 22 days. All models were available to pick up within a day at retail except the iPhone 12 Pro, which was still unavailable.
Despite the fact that supply and demand appear to be stabilizing, Chatterjee writes that the extended delivery times of the iPhone 12 Pro model still indicates robust demand. However, Chatterjee has revised his iPhone unit mix forecasts slightly based on the data.
The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max officially launched on Friday, Nov. 13, while the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 launched on Oct. 23.
