MacOS 11.3 Beta Safari Top Sites Limited to 12?

Has anyone out there evaluating the new 11.3 Beta figured out any way to increase the new default limited number of Top Sites from 12 to 24?  The old drop down in General Tab prefs to do that's now gone!  Thanks, jp
