Moved: buy or wait (till when?)

I'm currently using a G3/350MHz/192Mb with system 9.0 and a cable internet connection (theoretical speed approx. 450 kps). Should I wait a bit more for the new powermac or just buy a G4 933. My main objective is to speed up internusage. Could you give me an indication of the subjective speedincrease?
