Wait until it comes out before assuming anything. REALbasic is a great dev app, but a lot of bugs get thrown into the mix when going crossplatform. 2/3 of even the simplest apps I've built in OS X's RB 4 crash when I try to run them as Windows EXEs, no matter what system or OS I try them in and I need to find workarounds. Though I imagine that's changing since they're now releasing RB 5 as a Windows application as well.
My best guess is that the converter (at least initially) will save you a LOT of work and time, but you'll still need to go over your code with a fine toothed comb to work out any kinks.
