I would like to update to 10.2.4, what is the best way to go about doing this or should I do it at all, just wait for 10.2.5. If I wait to 10.2.5, will I have to use the combo update on 10.2.3? I briefly read to update using the combo updater, but I am using 10.2.3, so I don't think I can do that, is the Software Update version ok? Thanks everyone!!

I've always just used SU for all my updates, and never experienced any problems. Maybe someone else is more knowledgable on possible issues, but for me SU have always been very reliable.

if you wait for 10.2.5 the download will be larger for the combo so might as well go for it now if you want imovie

don't update to 10.2.4 unless you have to. i've had nothing but bad luck with it.

i know a large number of others have had problems as well.

Yeah, if 10.2.3 is working fine, avoid .4 right now. I've seen some trouble with it, especially on portables (reduced battery life, etc.).
