Does anyone know where I can get ahold of classic video games like Asteroids, Defender, Galaga, Centipede, etc. NOT 'new and improved' 3D versions, but versions just like the old ones from the 80s. If such things exist at all, of course. Thanks.

why not play the original ones from the 80's? Emulation is your best friend.

Not just any old emulation.......MacMame is your best friend.
And it's really easy to find.
ROMS of the games themselves are a little trickier.

rocks, but somehow I'm as bad at Galaga and Bezerk as I was in the 1980s. No--that's wrong. I'm worse.
This runs easily on my 600MHz iBook.
