iPhone IOS 15.4.1 Focus problem fix

Since 15.4.1 some of my contacts have been noticing the Focus mode is turned on and they were seeing the setting on iMessage from me saying my notifications were silenced. This has confused them since it is not a feature I use. It has took me some time to find out why they were still being notified even though the setting on my iPhone12Pro had not changed and the 'Share Focus Status' was still turned off.

Of course the fix came to me in the middle of the night.... of course it did, hate that, as you just need to go and see it if it works

So here is what I found, and maybe you already have found it, or maybe it is on another post from someone else's 'dream'

My MacBook Air, running MacOS Monterey 12.2.1, had 'Share Focus Status' turned on, simple as that. So it appears that this setting is 'per device', BUT the action is shared across 'all Apple ID devices'. Even if you turn it off on your iPhone, it will still be on on you Mac.
