HTML Editors

What's the best *free* HTML editor? (CSS highlighting is a plus too) Right now I'm just using Taco HTML Edit and I don't feel like paying for BBEdit. Also, I'm talking about native OS X, not through X11 (Like NEdit).

    I have used PageSpinner since day one. For me, it is the only game in town other than BBedit.
