Note Taking & Electric Guitar Practice (Novice) Software

NOTES app:
I recently purchased a Fender Stratocaster guitar and took up lessons. I also have an iPad Pro (circa 2018, ~11”) running iOS 15. My instructor has e-mailed me some great notes after each lesson and now they’re starting to pile up. I hate flipping back and forth on e-mails to retrieve and the notes and find using Microsoft Word or Apple Notes to be inadequate solutions to keeping the notes together and well organized. What would you suggest to keep all these lessons together and easily flippable between text, photos and sometimes even videos or links to videos.
Music practice app:
I also have an iRig HD 2 and Fender Mustang LT25 amp (both with USB capabilities). I’m a complete novice, but would love an app that could interface either with my iPad that could help me practice. Any suggestions on apps that will help? Please let me know.
