Link to little audio app for OS X?

I remember seeing that there was a little audio app that would play a silent sound every few seconds because of the weird sound behavior is OS X. It sucks to have to wait for OS Xs sounds to play. It also has an effects if you use XSounds.



I know it is somewhere out there and it was free...any help would be great.



I didn't think this belonged in the GB because it is more software related but if I am wrong go ahead and move it. Thanks!
