Homepage Keeps Resetting

Everytime I reboot my internet preferences keep resetting the homepage to http://livepage.apple.com/



MacOS X 10.2.4, This happens with camino and safari... prolly ie too but I not tried it.



Anyone else having this problem?

    do you delete the com.apple.internetconfig defaults?
