iPhoto slideshow music

Is it possible to have a slideshow on iPhoto to play the entire list of songs in a playlist? Eventhough iPhoto allows selection of a playlist, it plays one song from the list repeatedly. I have a long slideshow and want to have multiple songs as background music. Is this possible?

Maybe with QT6 Pro you could edit the music into one long track. An inconvenient workaround, but, I don't know how else.

    Hmmm... howabout:

hit play in iTunes then hit play in iPhoto.

I agree, the background music seemed like a great feature... at first.

Then I discovered that you can only choose one song for the entirety of your photo collection. Works great, as long as you only have 30 photos and your "xMass at Grandma's" and "Bob's Bachelor Party" albums both work with the same song.

An even better work around would be just to do in iMovie! Then you get to choose your transitions and heck, even if you dare, use the Ken Burns Effect!
