Of course, the poll result is going to be skewed, since all teh Dvorak users (myself included) are going to vote, while only a small fraction of the QWERTY users will vote.
What would be the benefit to learning DVORAK if you already know QWERTY (and are proficient)?
I want to know that too. And what do you do when you have to use someone else's computer, e.g. at the library or on the road?
I learned to type on a QWERTZ keyboard in high school in Switzerland. When I moved to the US for college, I quickly switched to QWERTY. IMO, it makes sense to use the keyboard that is most prevalent in your environment. DVORAK may be faster in theory, but I really doubt that re-learning to type is worth the effort and inconvenience.

That's why there's a "something else" option. Vote for that if you don't use regular QWERTY or Dvorak.
