Safari & Java

I just installed the new version of Safari this morning, as well as the update for Java 1.4.1. According to the Applecare Knowledge base Safari should be using the Java 1.4.1 plugin, but it is still using the Java 1.3.1 one.

Is there something that I need to do in order to get this to work properly? The new Safari with Java 1.4.1 is supposed to fix chat on a website that I want to use!

Also, I am running OS 10.2.5

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I just tried to reinstall the 1.4.1 package and nothing changed. Does anyone else have any idea what I need to do to take care of this?
