I see prior Mac laptops have serious overheating problems.

How can I find out whether Macbook Pro and Macbook Air of 2023 have similar issues or not?

    They don’t. 

    Apple Silicon runs much cooler than the Intel hardware, and when it throttles due to heat, it throttles much less drastically.
