bluetooth idea

Hey guys, I like many others, greatly desire bluetooth, but in my 1ghz powerbook, it isn't built in. I know about the USB adapters, but I am not too keen on having that stick out the back of my PB. In trying to come up with a solution, and not having to open my PB and do some serious work inside (which I have no idea how to do anyway) i thought about buying a bluetooth SD card that works in some of the older palms. That combined with a PC card with an SD card slot would be the perfect solution because nothing would be protruding from my PB. Does anyone know if this is feasible and/or if it would work? Thanks a lot.

    but does anyone build the parts, and are there appropriate drivers for your hardware ?



    I havn't seen anything like that out there, but i agree that it's a much more "elegant" solution.

    I already have a CF PC card... is there a CF--> SD adapter that would work?

    The Palm Bluetooth SD card has an antenna, so even if that setup did work (and I doubt it would) there would still be a small tab sticking out.
