iCloud Drive & Windows 10

I’m having a regular issue where files added to the Windows 10 iCloud Drive are not syncing. I’ve tried basic things like rebooting and killing the iCloud software on the machine, but it doesn’t seem to resolve. 

Any ideas for kick starting the sync would be gratefully received.
