OpenCore MacOS Sonoma on unsupported MiniMac 7,1 (late 2014)
Hi all,
I've tried to install MacOS Sonoma on my unsupported MiniMac 7,1 (late 2014), using the OpenCore Legacy patcher. Full installation worked, initial reboot is okay, however the graphics required the post-installation boot-patcher to run.
I did that too, and then when rebooting the MiniMac halts halfway the booting process. The Apple logo is on the screen and the boot bar is displat, starts filling unto roughly 50% and then the process halts.
Anyone having same issue's? There is no forum on the OpenCore Legacy patcher site.
Hardware:
MacMini late 2014, Dual Core Intel Core i5, 8GB Memory
Graphics: Intel IRis, Metal 2
