Hello,

I was hoping someone could help us with this information. Our Foundation "Miracle at Manchester Foundation" www.MiracleManchester.org or you can go to www.Facebook.com/MiracleManchester.org/ gives Apple iPads to children on Oncology floors at Children's hospitals. These iPads are way more than just a shiny new Apple product for these beautiful children. They are critical tools in helping these children with their mental health as they help occupy their time by taking their minds off their issues while at the hospital or clinic visits or even at home when they are having down days. They get to do so much more than play games on them, but playing the games on them are a big deal. They get to FaceTime, Zoom, text message and use social media on them when they are isolated from those individuals while they are immunocompromised or during their stays at the hospital. That is huge for their mental well being. They also get to do school work on them so they don't fall too far behind. The uses are endless because it is so functional for them and helping them escape their health issues, even if it is for 10minutes at a time playing a game on it. Or like one of our iPad recipients you can see on our Facebook page "Karsen" is singing to lyrics he is reading off the iPad before he gets his port accessed.

Speaking with Apple they said that they match donations from their employees as long as we are registered on Benevity.com - which we are under Miracle at Manchester Foundation.

My question is, does anyone know how we can alerted Apple employees about our 501(c)(3) children's charity for their possible donations? All we buy are Apple iPads and give them to these children fighting for their lives against cancer and every dollar donated goes towards the purchase of these iPads as everyone involved with the Foundation is a volunteer.

Our thought is, if Apple employees see that we are a children's nonprofit charity for children fighting cancer and what we give them are only Apple products "iPads" hopefully they might want to think about donating to our Foundations cause when they donate to charity, as our Foundation actually helps Apple Inc as well as these beautiful children. Here is a testimony from the mother of our first iPad recipient "Addie Pitre" this pretty much says it all;

"I can’t begin to explain how grateful we are for Addison’s IPad! Who knew a simple electronic device could help so much with taking cancer and sickness off of a child’s mind?! Even on her worst days, she wants her tablet! She loves it so much (too much sometimes…LOL) that we have to make her turn it off so she can go to bed! Lol! Your foundation made Addie’s treatment at times more bearable if that makes sense! How can you really even use the words “cancer” and “bearable” in the same sentence right?! But that iPad did just that! It engaged her mind in other things and for that, I am SO incredibly grateful! Thank you!!! Lindsay Pitre"

Any help or thoughts on how we can let Apple employees know about what we feel is an incredibly noble and worthy cause, which is helping these children with cancer would be appreciated.

Also what most people don't know is that 70% of the children diagnosed with cancer in America their families are on some type of government assistance, so most can't afford to buy and iPad for their children. And that is a tragedy considering how much these iPads help their children with their mental health while being treated, we are trying to fix that issue.

All you have to do to see the, what we feel is incredible work we are doing, is go to our website and look at the children's faces when we give them their iPads. Those smiles and the hugs we get is what keeps us working harder to reach our goal of giving every single child that is diagnosed with cancer on a yearly basis gets a brand new Apple iPad upon diagnosis. And there are roughly around 15,500 new pediatric cancer diagnosis every year.

Thank you for any assistance anyone can be.
