New Apple Trademark -- for use with Music service and iPods?

From LoopRumors.com:

It appears Apple has filed for a trademark, on April 7, 2003. The application says it's to be used with computers, computer hardware, software, peripherals, and consumer electronic devices. The logo is being used with Mac OS X's Audio Units plug-in architecture.

Could this have any relation with the new iPods or/and the music service??? We will soon know!

    Geez

That logo has been on the Final Cut Pro page for over a week now. Sometimes I think the Mac Community needs to step back....and .....just relax. This "frothing at the mouth" speculation is getting a leeeeeeetle freaky.

I still have all the iWalk photos and movies on my hard drive from when they first appeared on SpyMac -- and the logo is indeed on the same photo I downloaded on Jan 3, 2002.

    Curiouser and curiouser.
