Should The Iphone charger cord be more than 6ft?

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 ProMax, and I was excited to have the phone but a little disappointed in the length of the charging cord. In my opinion the cord is not long enough to use the phone while in charge. In my opinion I prefer the to be longer than 6ft to make it easier to still access it while it's on charge.

You have a valid point because I was thinking the same thing. In my case, I had to purchase a much longer cord (8ft) from Best Buy just to be able to use my phone while charging it.

It’s a personal choice and depends on how you use it. On my desk a 6 foot cord just gets in the way. 

Longer cords are more expensive to produce, potentially subject to more voltage drop, and can be a trip hazard.
