Finder = CPU Hog?

Sometimes my Finder ist stuck at 90-96 CPU Time? It appears randomly, and i have no clue why this is happening?

Anyone an idea?

    Does it happen when opening very large directories or when moving/copying files from very large directories?



    The Finder seems to have some major problems when it encounters folders with more than a few hundred files. It eats CPU cycles like crazy.
