Any online debit cards?

Okay I'll admit it. I really want to use the new iTunes Music Store. I live outside the US.



Is there any company that will issue you a US-based Visa/MC debit card/secured credit card online? I have a US address I can use for billing but I don't have a job in the US so I can't apply for a US credit card. I am looking for one of those things where I can deposit US$300 or something to an account, then I will have that balance available to me for purchases. Anyone know of such a card?

    You would need to (somehow) sign up with a credit union (or bank, but CUs have free checking for the most part) in the U.S. that issues the check cards and open up a checking account. Tough situation, though. I think Apple's going to have remedy it though; lots of folks in Europe/Asia (and Canada) would love to access the store. 's gonna require some major infrastructure investment on Apple's part, though.
