Does anyone know of having extended screen area for iBooks attached to external monitors? Current feature is only for screen mirroring. But will like to have extra workspace from external monitors similar to the good ole PowerBook 500 series.

Thank you

Depends on what model you have... if it's one of the models since the Radeon mobility 16MB graphics or newer, you can use a spanning hack to enable monitor spanning. Make sure your iBook can support this before trying it, otherwise you can screw up your iBook very quickly.

    Hi,

How can I be sure that my iBook is a Radeon card or a Radius? I've got my iBook in Nov 2002 and it is a 700Mhz with 384mb RAM, duel USB, 16MB VRAM, 12" screen with combo drive. On the System Profiler it say "ATI(AGP)".

    Please advise and thank you
